Setup​

enosix @arnold AI assists admins in verifying the validity of named credential configurations and ensuring a successful SAP connection. If the configuration is invalid, the user receives a message that can help promptly identify and resolve the issue.

Configuration​

enosix @arnold AI is able to be configured to work with Surface. When interacting with the agent and getting the status of a purchase order or sales order you are now able to view the details of that order.

This feature uses the SAP Sales Document Details flow that is included in Surface managed package by default.

If you have a custom flow you can override the default by updating the URL to the flow you want to use.

note

Make sure any parameters are changed as necessary for your custom flow.
