What is enosix Commerce?

enosix Commerce is an integration package for Salesforce B2B Commerce on Lightning Experience. The commerce package provides integration to SAP ERP (either ECC or S/4HANA) and a set of managed packages for Salesforce B2B Commerce (Classic or Lightning Experience) that combine to produce a seamless connection from your Salesforce front end to your SAP back end. For B2B Commerce customers who run SAP ERP, it’s their master source for all of their data: customers, products, orders, and more.

enosix Commerce provides the following capabilities and benefits:

• Full integration with SAP which ensures that orders created in the commerce site are created in SAP.like products) and that orders created on the Commerce site will be accurate and accepted by SAP. This eliminates duplicate work and errors since there's no need to re-key orders into SAP.
• Enables accurate, customer-specific pricing on your Commerce Cloud site and ensures that orders can be successfully fulfilled before your customers click the Proceed To Checkout button.
• Utilizes customer-specific pricing, tax, shipping, and other business logic you've already built in SAP.
• Guarantees that the pricing you provide in your Commerce portal is accurate with real-time validation.
• Reduces customer service calls by letting your customers see their full order history – not just the ones created through the site – immediately after creation, rather than 24 hours later, after a batch load.
• When customers call with questions, our Lightning components let your sales team see all your SAP details (quotes, orders, invoices, deliveries, line-item details. etc.) right from Salesforce.

What versions of SAP ERP does enosix Commerce support?

The enosix platform runs on any version of S/4 (except the multi-tenant cloud). It also supports ECC versions back to 6.0 EHP6 out of the box.
